IN HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for day-to-day graphic design work:

• Designing, editing and creating promotional pack packaging
• Maintain current websites and design future sites
• Design, edit and production of brochures, print advertisements, monthly email blast, trade show booths, point of sales (POS) merchandising and promotional materials
• Handle in-house print jobs and work with outside agencies to complete large-scale print jobs
• Manage internal product image database
• Manage packaging database

Requirements:

• Skilled with Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Product photography skills
• Must be able to provide portfolio
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to handle creative direction/criticism well and take on creative challenges with a positive attitude
• Consistent history of meeting project deadlines on limited timetables
• Self-motivated individual willing to manage his/her own projects
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

EXECUTIVE – COMPLIANCE

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the company, including

• Being responsible for regulatory compliances on products (which include product packaging) in both local and export markets such as UK and France;
• Liaison with laboratories abroad and/or consultants on product testing, safety assessment and/or registration;
• Liaison with ECOCERT (www.ecocert.com), our organic certification body based in France on product certification;
• Inventory management over product and packaging.

Requirements:

• A degree or advanced diploma in any field. Although not essential, a Science degree will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and inter personal skills.
• Good command of English language. Good command in other languages such as Chinese, French, German or Japanese will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detailed working style with good organizational skill.
• Team player.
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage.

EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the company, including

• Co-ordinating with customers and sales personnel on all sales related matters;
• Performing sales orders and credit control functions;
• Supporting marketing, trade and business development activities;
• Coordinating and handling logistics-related matters.

Requirements:

• A degree or advanced diploma in any field, with at least 2 years’ working experience in similar role.
• Good communication and inter personal skills.
• Good command of English language.
• Good organizational skill.
• Works well in a team.
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
